Admission Guidelines for International Students

 Submit the following documents

1. Complate and submit the application form

2. Submit the copy of High School diploma

3. Submit the copy of passport

4. Submit ID photos of size 3x4 (8 pieces).

 Pay the non refundable 50$ application fee (this fee will be used to pay for the invitation procedure).

 • Upon receiving these documents, the Admissions Department will send these documents to the Visa Services (Office of International Affairs) in order to check if those documents of potential students are acceptable according to the laws and regulations of Kyrgyzstan.

 • The Office of International Affairs checks if there are any obstacles for students coming from different countries to become a student. After checking  this, the Office of International Affairs informs the Admissions Department about those results.

 • The students who don’t have any obstacles to get higher education in Kyrgyzstan will be informed of their pre-acceptance. (the students who are not accepted will be informed of their rejection and reasons for their rejection by the Admissions Department via email).

 • In order to register, the student candidates who are admitted will be required to make a payment of %60 of the annual tuition fees to the University account and send the online receipt to the Admissions Department.

 

 After the students who register online pay %60 of the tuition fees to the university account the invitation process for those students will be started by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• The Visa Services informs the students via email whose invitation processes are completed.

• Accomodation (dormitory or apartment) for the registered students will be prearranged by the Office of International Affairs.

• The new students will be met at the airport and taken to the their accomodation by the Office of International Affairs.

• If for any reason a student does not attend the university, after the registration process is over, the prepayment will not be refunded.

• Visa and stay issues of new students who come to Kyrgyzstan will be handled by the Office of International Affairs. Any late fees of student delays to be paid by students, and any late fees of the institution delays to be paid by the institution.

• The Office of International Affairs  will conduct a one-day orientation program for the newly registered students in the first week of the academic year. A dinner with the participation of Deans and Heads of Departments will be served in the end of the Orientation Program.
