Interuniversity Brain Ring Competition on Human Rights on the topic: “The right to education

On April 21, 2017 the Second Interuniversity intellectual game "Brain Ring" on Human Rights on the topic "The right to education" was held at the Law Program of the International Ataturk Alatoo University.

 The right to education is central to social and cultural human rights. Without the right to education, the constitutional right to enjoy the achievements of culture and the freedom of cultural, scientific and technical creativity cannot be fully realized.

 Education means a purposeful process of education and training in the interests of man, society and the state. Under the citizen's acquisition of education is understood the achievement and confirmation of a certain educational qualification, which is certified by the relevant document.

 The competition was held in Russian, each team consisted of 4 people. 8 teams from 5 universities of Bishkek took part in the game:

- "El Dostugu" (Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic),

- "Mezhdunarodniki" (Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after Boris Yeltsin),

 - "Druzhniy" (International Ataturk Alatoo University),

- "Viva Alatoo" (International Ataturk Alatoo University),

- "Up Great" (Kyrgyz State Law Academy),

- "Deti of Mandely" (Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after Boris Yeltsin),

- "Mahmud Kashgari" (Eastern University named after Mahmud Kashgari-Barskani),

- "Vtoroe pokolenie” (Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after Boris Yeltsin).

The teams discussed the problems of access to education, both the rising generation, and the entire population as a whole. The game took place in 5 stages: greeting, blitz-poll, performance of captains, team game and in conclusion questions from the jury. During the game, all teams were enthusiastically speaking and proving their positions.

In an intellectual battle, an honorary championship was won by the team "El Dostugu" (Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic), the second place was taken by the team "Mezhdunarodniki" (Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after Boris Yeltsin) and the third place was given to the guys from the team "Viva Alatoo" "(International Ataturk Alatoo University). As a result of the game, the first 5 teams and the best speaker were presented with valuable prizes from the IAAU Law Program. Also, 3 teams had the opportunity to take part in the social project "My right to education", in which participants will be able to visit orphanages and inform children about their educational opportunities in our country, additionally, providing legal advice for orphans.

       Leading experts on educational issues were invited to the judging of the Interuniversity Brain Ring, namely: the chairman of the jury Deputy head of the Department of Legal Support and Personnel Work of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic - Bektur Ibrahimov, Candidate of Legal Sciences, associate professor, deputy head of the department of jurisprudence of the Eastern University Mahmud Kashgari - Bosunbaeva Chynara Joomartovna, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Deputy Head of the Chair of International Constitutional Law Faculty of Law of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University - Aigul Tukubasheva, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Theory of State and Law of the Kyrgyz State Law Academy - Sadykov Ermek Erkovich.

It should be noted that this Interuniversity Brain Ring is successfully held on the Legal Program of the International Ataturk Alatoo University for the second year among students of Bishkek universities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
